Dear Parents and Members of the Community,
It is my privilege to welcome you to the Martin County School District—“Where Learning has No Boundaries." This website provides an opportunity to learn more about our schools and departments. Also featured are School Board Meetings and agendas, the latest news from around the district, information on Career and Technical Education programs, the district’s Newsletter, Parent Guide, School District Calendar, attendance boundaries, and much more.
The Martin County School District consists of thousands of people - all working toward the success of our schools. From our dedicated teachers, administrators, and support staff, to our school volunteers and business partners- each plays a unique role in helping our students reach their potential. This unwavering support has earned the Martin County School District the distinction of being among the highest performing school districts in the state. Based on the results of the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT), the Martin County School District has received an “A” grade from the Florida Department of Education for seven consecutive years. Our district’s strategic goals include:
- Goal 1: All Schools in Martin County will be "A" schools.
- Goal 2: Ensure adequate student stations are available to meet class size reduction requirements and enrollment projections, while providing a consistent level of facilities and services throughout the district.
- Goal 3: Develop and implement a continuous process of evaluating and improving business operations.
I encourage parents to take an active role in their child’s education. By working together, the opportunities for our students are limitless.
Sincerely,
Nancy Kline
Superintendent
Martin County School District
