Charter schools are public schools that are independently designed and operated. They must adhere to all applicable state and federal laws and are open to students regardless of income, gender, race, or religion.
There are currently two charter schools operating within the Martin County School District, the Clark Advanced Learning Center and the Hope Charter Center for Autism. The Martin County School District is proud to partner with these schools and provide them with the necessary assistance to ensure students receive a quality education that meets the District's high standards. Parents and students interested in School Choice Options are encouraged to explore the specialized programs and unique opportunities these charter schools provide.
